My Approach
As a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, I know that every person’s journey is unique and deserves to be heard, understood, and honored. In our work together, I draw from a strength-based approach that recognizes you as the expert on your own life. My goal is to support and empower you as you navigate challenges and work toward the changes you hope to see.
I have experience supporting adults, children, and youth through a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.
I deeply value the human connection in therapy. I bring authenticity, compassion, and warmth to every session, and I believe that a genuine, trusting relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges with care, understanding, and even moments of humor along the way.
Preferred Modalities
I take an eclectic approach, drawing from therapeutic models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused work, dialectical behavioral therapy, and interpersonal therapy—always tailoring the approach to fit your needs.
