My Approach

Navigating life’s challenges can feel complicated and isolating, which may be what brings you here. Therapy offers a space to explore those complexities, process your experiences, and learn how to manage difficult emotions and situations. I aim to be a non-judgmental presence as we work together toward your goals, whether that means processing trauma, improving relationships, building self-esteem, tackling a specific challenge, or simply sharing your story in a safe space.

I bring several years of experience in the mental health field. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse, relational difficulties, addiction, low self-worth, depression, anxiety, and more. I deeply believe in each person’s potential to grow and heal, even in the face of difficulty. As we move toward more healing and comfort, the ripple effects can positively impact those around us and beyond.

Preferred Modalities

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I often use psychodynamic therapy, IFS parts work, DBT, somatic approaches, attachment theory, and compassion-focused interventions. Together, we will explore how past experiences shape your present, building insight and clarity that support meaningful change.
